Online Service Portal Design & Development
Background
SAP Software Partner QuantityWare and semi-automate various business processes via a bespoke web portal. This portal would allow a single method of customer communication via a ticket system, with file transfer, customer data management, license key management and more.
They brought Studio Scully in to help advise on, shape, design, and build the web portal in such a way that complimented their business processes.
Our Approach
We worked closely with the QuantityWare team, with ongoing online meetings and occasional in-person workshops during key requirement discussions.
Through understanding their business processes in detail, we were able to ask relevant questions to help shape the scope of requirements, understand edge cases, get buy-in for additional functionality we identified, and build a detailed functional specification.
During the development of the web portal, we provided regular demonstrations of key features are they were completed to get timely feedback and integrate any changes into the system. Ongoing testing was performed throughout, and a guided QA period with the team was performed to ensure the end result met with and exceeded their expectations.

The Outcome
QuantityWare were delighted by the end result, with a drastic reduction in issue resolution timings, and hours per week saved through automation of processes.
They requested to continue working with Studio Scully on the web portal, and brought us on board as their dedicated web team, and design team.
Subsequently we have designed and built their web site, micro sites, explainer videos, new products, and continue to build further functionality into their web portal.
